The Syndicate takes pictures of victims withdrawing large sums of cash and relays images to other syndicate members waiting outside bank.
- Two men with mobile phones enter bank and look for victims.
- Once a victim is spotted, they secretly capture images of the victim.
- The men send pictures of victims to other syndicate members waiting outside the bank.
- Several syndicate members wait in a car outside the bank.
- Once pictures of intended victims are received, the men follow the victims.
- Theu stop the victims in secluded areas and rob them.
